Rebekah P. Harbin

Rebekah was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee and she is proud to call it her home. After graduating from Powell High School, she attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in English Literature in 2016.

She decided to continue her education at the University of Tennessee College of Law, focusing her studies on business transactions, general civil litigation, and real property law. While in law school, she served the Knoxville community through the Domestic Violence Clinic by representing domestic violence victims in the Fourth Circuit Order of Protection Court. She received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for her work in this clinic.

Rebekah joined Frantz, McConnell & Seymour as a law clerk in 2018. She remained with the firm in this capacity until joining as an Associate Attorney in 2020. She hopes to use her zealous advocacy, thoroughness, and attention to detail to serve the Knoxville Community. She is a member of the Knoxville and Tennessee Bar Associations.

Outside of the office, Rebekah enjoys traveling, enjoying Knoxville’s craft breweries, and spending time with her husband and their cat.
