Nikol is a Kentucky native and attended undergrad at the University of Kentucky where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in history in 2017.

Nikol continued her education at the University of Tennessee College of Law, graduating Cum Laude in 2020. While in law school, Nikol served as an Articles Editor for the Tennessee Law Review, represented domestic violence victims through the College of Law’s domestic violence clinic, and worked as a law clerk for the Tennessee Valley Authority. Nikol received awards for obtaining the highest grade in her contracts, contract drafting, and professional responsibility courses.

Upon graduating law school, Nikol completed a clerkship for the Honorable Camille R. McMullen of the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals in Memphis, Tennessee. Prior to joining Frantz, McConnell & Seymour, LLP in 2022, Nikol practiced at a law firm specializing in class action litigation and consumer protection. At Frantz, McConnell & Seymour, LLP, Nikol’s areas of practice include estate planning, estate litigation, probate administration, real estate law, insurance defense, and appellate litigation.

Outside of the office, Nikol enjoys cooking, exercising, reading, jigsaw puzzles and spending time with her beloved cat Sherbet.
