Daniel P. Zydel
Born in Vicenza, Italy to parents who both served in the U.S. Army, Daniel was raised in an environment of adaptability and dedicated service to others. When his father later retired from the Army and settled down in Clarksville, Tennessee, Daniel decided to lay his own foundations in the Volunteer State.
Daniel received his BBA from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee in 2016. Immediately after graduation, he moved to Knoxville to attend law school at the University of Tennessee College of Law.
While in law school, Daniel interned with the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals, the Knox County Circuit Court, and the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee. He also clerked with Adams & Reese, LLP in Nashville, TN prior to his final year of law school, and later became a law clerk with the Knoxville-based insurance defense firm of Trammell, Adkins & Ward, P.C. Daniel went on to become an associate attorney with Trammell, Adkins & Ward where he worked until he accepted his position with Frantz, McConnell & Seymour, LLP in March 2020.
Daniel is known for giving complete attention to the needs of his clients and will always go the extra mile to ensure that they receive the best possible outcome in their representation.
In addition to his extensive experience in automobile collision claims, homeowners’ claims, fire and casualty, premises liability, and general civil litigation, including experience in intellectual property and creditor’s rights litigation, Daniel is involved with the Knoxville Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the Tennessee Defense Lawyer’s Association.
Outside of the office, Daniel volunteers with the TN Achieves high school mentorship program and can probably be found reading, working out (especially boxing), or enjoying Knoxville’s local restaurants and businesses.
