Jamey M. Minnihan
Jamey is a persistent litigator focusing her career on general civil litigation, estate planning, and family law matters. Her experience includes representation in state, federal, and courts of appeals. Her clients range from the simplest of mediations to the most complex matters involving high assets and high conflict. Jamey is sensitive to her client’s issues while dedicated to aggressively advocating for their interests.
Jamey graduated from Eastern Washington University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Education, cum laude, and a Master’s degree in Education, summa cum laude. She earned her law degree from Gonzaga University, magna cum laude. In law school, Jamey served as Managing Editor for the Gonzaga Law Review and as a member of the Moot Court Honors Council. She received the Cali award for Excellence in Advanced Legal Research, International Employment Law, International Intellectual Property, and Contract/Sports Law, and the Ladas Memorial Award.
Jamey’s experience includes work as an Assistant Attorney General with the Washington State Attorney General’s Office, County Prosecutor, and private firm civil and domestic litigation. She has also served as an adjunct professor at Gonzaga School of Law.
Outside of the office, Jamey enjoys traveling, visiting Knoxville’s restaurants and breweries, and hiking the Smoky Mountains with her husband and two Norwegian buhunds.
