Sharon Potter Presents “The Importance & Flexibility of Trusts” at Pellissippi State

by Frantz, McConnell & Seymour, LLP | Jun 7, 2014

Sharon Potter is presenting a non-credit class on “The Importance & Flexibility of Trusts” on Thursday, June 19, 2014, at the main campus of Pellissippi State Community College. The class will focus on Revocable Living Trusts created during your lifetime instead of after your death via your Will. She will cover special issues such as beneficiary and/or asset protection, selecting the right Trustee, provisions for disabled adult children, and assets used to fund your trust.

The two-hour Trusts class is offered for those who have already attended Ms. Potter’s four-hour class on Tennessee Wills titled, “Having a Will is Not Enough” and are interested in learning more than the basics of Wills and Estate Planning. The Trusts class will be held again at Pellissippi on August 14, 2014. You can register for either date on-line. Look under Tennessee Estate Planning.
