On May 14, 2014, partner Rich Scrugham spoke to a group of insurance professionals with the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance. Rich presented a seminar titled “Litigation 104 – Trial Practice” and explained all the details of preparing a case for trial and the anatomy of a trial itself. The seminar was attended by claims professionals from several difference insurance carriers and claim management companies.
