On April 14, James Wagner gave an informative presentation to the Farragut Gun Club on using trusts as a method to own firearms and devices regulated by the National Firearms Act (NFA). There are certain advantages to having a trust on the NFA item, such as a simpler purchase procedure, continuity of ownership and more flexibility in the use of the item.
