Our representation covers a wide range of projects, including airport improvements, Department of Energy demolition projects, and various other residential, municipal, commercial, institutional, governmental, and industrial construction projects. 

Our representation covers a wide range of issues including construction defect claims, delay claims, requests for equitable adjustment, loss of productivity claims, loss of efficiency claims, measured mile method damage calculation, total cost method damage calculation, AIA contract provisions, insurance coverage, differing site conditions, and many other construction law issues. 

Our attorneys represent individuals and entities in construction litigation in both state court and federal court and for claims ranging from relatively small sums to multi-million dollar sums.  We also represent clients in drafting construction contracts, resolving construction contract issues, filing mechanics' and materialmen's liens, and addressing other construction law matters.

Reggie Keaton has been named in the Best Lawyers listing under both the categories of Construction Law and Litigation - Construction.  One of our lawyers has also served on the special committee of the Tennessee Bar Association that drafted legislation for the revision of the Tennessee Mechanics' and Materialmen's Lien Law.  We also have attorneys in our firm who are members of the Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel.
