According to the TJVR, during this nine year period, FMS attorneys tried a total of thirty-nine jury trials in the state of Tennessee.
Managing Partner Donald D. Howell tried a total of ten jury trials during that period of time.
John M. Lawhorn represented a defendant nine times from 2005 to 2013, and obtained defense verdicts in six of those trials.
According to the TJVR, Benjamin C. Mullins tried eight jury trials during that period. Of his eight trials, Mr. Mullins obtained five defense verdicts on behalf of his clients.
Francis “Snake” Cain tried five jury trials during this period of time.
According to the TJVR, Beverly D. Nelms tried three jury trials during this period; two were defense verdicts and the other was an award of medical bills only.
Richard T. Scrugham, Jr. tried three jury trials during this period, obtaining a defense verdict.
